We finally made it to the day of our fertility graduation scan! There is excitement and fear which seems to be a common theme here. As soon as the scan started I needed to turn around and take a moment. Then I turned around and there was our baby! Heartbeat was super visible and strong and they are growing! What a relief. The triplet is now gone and all that is left is the one twin which is growing smaller. It is sad to see them go away but our unicorn left is strong and we are excited we can now move to the next step of our journey.
We officially graduated from our fertility clinic and can move onto our OB! We can always call them if and when we need them but we can move forward. Crazy right?! So much has happened within the last 4 weeks but we are 8 weeks along at this scan and we can make an OB appointment for 2 weeks from now! Also we have the gender envelope Another amazing thing about science. The gender was known as soon as the embryo transfer happened since we had the embryos genetically tested we can do the gender reveal once we hit our 2nd trimester!
Luckily we are all healthy and can move forward to our next appointment. We are now only 9 weeks into the pregnancy, I am not the one physically pregnant & I am EXHAUSTED! More to come !
